On Thursday, April 10th, Denise was awarded the June Callwood Outstanding Achievement Award for Voluntarism. She was one of 14 people honoured this year for their commitment to voluntarism and longstanding service to their communities. It is an honour which Denise shares with everyone involved with Meagan’s Walk because of the ongoing efforts of the families, sponsors, and supporters who have encouraged and enabled her to make a lasting and meaningful contribution to the community.
